Abstract or project description

We plan on comparing current and previous methods used to diagnose keratoconus. The aim of the project is to conduct a literature review, citing previous literature in the field. Specifically, we plan on focusing on artificial intelligence and the effect on diagnosis. A major aim of the study is also to assess artificial intelligence diagnostic capability stratified by disease severity. In the review, we plan to accumulate a variety of literature for background, and will supplement with data showings to show diagnostic trends. In summary, we aim to answer the following question: how does the integration of keratoconus screening programs using artificial intelligence compare to traditional methods?
