Advancements in Glioblastoma Treatment: Strategies to Overcome Therapeutic Resistance

Abstract or project description

This paper will provide an overview on the different glioblastoma's treatments and its effectiveness towards treating glioblastomas and overcoming resistance. This model will delve into a variety of treatment options such as immunotherapy, cancer vaccines, Chimeric Antigen Receptor Cells (CAR-T Cells) and preclinical models, as the benefits and drawbacks are further deepened to accurately demonstrate the effectiveness of these treatment methods to overall treat GMBs. Traditional methods such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation will also be incorporated for a further in-depth analysis of what has been working, and its effectiveness in individuals. This research paper will include trial methods which have shown effectivity, and will provide a brief overview of advancement ideas that will overall contribute to a possible treatment option using these methods paired with other methods.
