Abstract or project description

Shaurya is researching and writing a review article about how probiotics can help prevent certain diseases and infections. This article will discuss what probiotics are and how they can benefit the human body. It will have multiple subsections including: what metabolites they produce; how these microbes can physically fight off “invaders”; and what we (as humans) can do to support their growth. It will be prepared for potential submission to Polygence's Research website.
