Abstract or project description

Heart failure with reduce ejection fraction, or HFrEF is a major source of morbidity and mortality for patients. Researchers have found a clear quality of life improving solution for this devastating disease: goal directed medical therapy (GDMT). However, not all patients are on GDMT for a variety of reasons, including medication hesitancy. This research paper aims to outline the lifestyle benefits of pursuing GDMT.
