Sammi will be writing an 8-10 page research essay on Pride and Prejudice. Her research will involve searching academic journal databases, selecting and summarizing the arguments of other scholars and critics, and incorporating their arguments within her own analysis. She might also conduct research on the novel's historical context and/or literary theory related to Austen. A description of her specific topic is forthcoming.
