Abstract or project description
Rabani plans to design an educational website. This website provides information and resources to youth on how educational policy is made and how they can participate in the policy-making process. She plans to have several sections, including infographics, examples of students, templates/tools of engagement, and interactive polls. More specifically, Rabani would like to research further into the implications of standardized testing on academic equity. After explaining the implications of standardized testing I would like to connect it to students needing to be informed about educational policymaking in the legislative system. Overall I would like to create a website based on the specific topic of standardized testing and connecting it to the larger mission.
