How can AI be used for short term stock prediction?

Abstract or project description

Although there has been considerable research done about AI’s effect on stock market trading, there is not a lot of literature about AIs role in very short term stock price prediction. This paper will analyze the effects of AI on stock market trading, specifically how AI will have an effect on intra-day trading (minutes and hours). By reviewing and analyzing a multitude of research papers about machine learning and AI, this paper will conclude a better understanding of AI application in market trading. The primary datasets that will be focused on in this paper will be short term stock price prediction.
