The impact of sleep and self-care on teenagers and their mental health

Started May 30, 2024

Abstract or project description

I am interested in learning more about the relationship between sleep, self-care, and mental health among teenagers. I will be using scales to measure depression, anxiety, and well-being. I will also be measuring the quality of sleep, amount of sleep, self-care before bed, time participants go to sleep, and total screen time. I aim to collect data from 15+ participants. Once the data is collected, I will run a statistical analysis to examine the relationship between the factors. I want to present my results to people and share the message of the importance of sleep and mental health during adolescence.
