Abstract or project description

The Pokémon card market has undergone a profound transformation by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) across supplier operations. This paper examines the effect of AI on key areas like inventory management, pricing strategies, customer service, and overall business operations. It focuses specifically on Pokémon card suppliers as a niche within the ecommerce industry, using data-driven insights and real-world examples. A significant portion of this research is based on primary data gathered through interviews with 10 suppliers in the Pokémon card industry. These interviews provided first-hand insights into how AI is being implemented, the challenges faced, and the opportunities it presents in optimizing their business operations.
