This paper explores insights and experiences shared by experienced surgeons who have faced the challenges of their profession. Through their experiences of successes, setback, and personal growth, these surgeons offer practical advice and reflections on navigating the demanding field of surgery. By emphasizing the importance of mental readiness alongside technical skill, this study aims to show the essential factors for thriving in surgical practice and fully help the students to have an understanding of these crucial skills.
