Using scRNA-seq data to find new liver cell subset

Abstract or project description

I will combine scRNA-seq data from multiple liver datasets, extract the genes of interest from those, and combine that in a new umap graph. I will then further analyze this data in order to find a new subset of a cell in the liver.
