Abstract or project description
Consumers often face a confusing dairy aisle, with organic alternatives promising superior health and environmental benefits. However, the reality behind these claims can be murky. This research delves deeper, comparing and contrasting organic traditional dairy products (OTDPs) and synthetic dairy alternatives (SDAs). We meticulously analyze the purported health advantages of OTDPs, including nutritional value, and antibiotic and pesticide avoidance. But the lens extends beyond individual wellness, scrutinizing the environmental impact of both production methods. Ultimately, this research aims to move beyond simplistic narratives, acknowledging the complexity of individual needs, preferences, and values. Whether OTDPs truly reign supreme or SDAs offer a viable alternative, this research empowers consumers to make informed choices based on their own priorities.
