Bio
Hi there! I'm Marcella, a finance-turned-human-resources leader with an undergraduate business degree from Wharton and soon an MBA from NYU Stern. My academic passions span anywhere from the U.S. banking system and global payments to organizational psychology and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion). Outside of work, I spend most of my time salsa dancing, trying to get my houseplants to grow, and recreating lost family recipes. Excited to meet you!Project ideas
