My previous roles as a teacher, case manager, program manager, business development specialist, political director, and entrepreneur enabled me to sharpen my organizational skills, study more effectively, focus on several assignments, and process information quickly and efficiently. I am committed to meeting deadlines and promoting academic and professional performance improvements. I am proficient in goal planning and promoting self-discipline. My achievements have enabled me to teach now and mentor scholars worldwide. I enjoy focusing on strengths and turning challenges into rewarding experiences. Project ideas are meant to help inspire student thinking about their own project. Students are in the driver seat of their research and are free to use any or none of the ideas shared by their mentors.
Exploring the History of Social Science and Generational Themes that impacted American History
The study of social science can be traced back to ancient Greece. In this research project, we aim to explore the roots of human nature, examining the impact of mortality and societal conditions on shaping our culture. By utilizing subjects like Sociology, we can objectively measure and analyze the various factors that influence our society today. We will analyze imperial research and quantify our results.
Teaching experience
I teach in communities and districts, structured settings like developmental training centers, group homes, and public schools in Illinois. As an educator, I facilitate lesson plans for children, K-12, and adults with developmental and learning disabilities. I have led classes as significant as 50 scholars. I implement a variety of academic schedules, including morning announcements, icebreakers, mathematics, literature, writing, history, dance and drama, and music activities. Through Mindfulness exercises and implementing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) techniques, I help improve learning development (L&D), focus, and performance. I am an expert at creating a curriculum that leads to calm, structured learning environments. I have volunteered as a mentor to secondary and High school students in youth programs around the Chicago Metropolitan Area.Credentials
