Shahrukh received his BA from Johns Hopkins University. He holds two separate MBA degrees from Columbia University and London Business School. Shahrukh has published research papers and is a former editor with a passion for telling stories and years of experience writing, public speaking, and editing others' work. He is a father of two and resides with his beautiful wife between Toronto & Boca Raton, Florida. He has over fifteen years of experience in strategic leadership roles that include building cross-functional teams, investment management, execution of complex global programs and JV partnerships. Shahrukh was born in Montréal and has lived in the USA, Canada, UK, France, China & Thailand, plus being a keen traveler visited more than 70 countries for work and leisure. In this project, you will write a business plan on a topic of your choice, focused on your entrepreneurship interests. The plan will include a 2, 5, and 7-year strategy to grow, recruit, and expand. Through this project, you will gain skills in identifying key aspects of starting your own business. You will also learn from my experience to develop a broader perspective on effectively managing large teams across different regions of the world. We will streamline processes involving raw materials, production, R&D, marketing, and sales happening in various countries. Additionally, we will delve into the inner dynamics of team building, understanding motivation triggers, and strategic team management.
