My name is Lily Harrison and I am a global Human Resources professional that has a passion for supporting others to reach their full potential and work to reach organizational goals. In my current role, I support Smartsheet's World Wide Field Operations Commercial Sales Team as a People Business Partner. Throughout my professional career, I have gained experience in other areas within the HR function including team member services, talent strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. Before starting my career, I graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and a minor in Information Design and Corporate Communication. To further my education, I earned my Masters in Business Administration with a Leadership concentration at Bentley University Graduate School of Business in 2021. I was born and raised on Cape Cod, MA, and now live in New York City!
