Exploration of Personal Wellness
How can applying the scientific method to a personal wellness experiment help one improve their wellness and encourage them to live a healthier life? We will analyze scholarly/ evidence-based research and interests to create a self-subject experiment utilizing the process of developing a hypothesis, methodology, and outcome measurements. Through the process data collection, data analysis, and self-reflection, we will creatively explore the results of the self-determined experiment and how might further research be inspired.
