Bio
Hello. My name is Ethan Case, and I am a JD/MBA graduate from Emory University. I enjoy learning and writing about topics related to law, business, and both! Previously, I have written papers and performed research projects related to public policy, Supreme Court Judges, the American legal system, the stock market, ESG investing, shareholderism vs. stakeholderism, finance, business ethics, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. I enjoy researching about most things law or business related. Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, I love to scuba dive and travel in the Caribbean. I also enjoy drone photography, video editing, and anything creative-related. Growing up, I played the trumpet and currently collect music equipment.Project ideas
Project ideas are meant to help inspire student thinking about their own project. Students are in the driver seat of their research and are free to use any or none of the ideas shared by their mentors.

A research project involving whether the SEC and the American government should regulate cryptos/NFTs and to what extent. Should the government release its own cryptocurrency? What impact would this have on the financial markets?
