I am currently a first year student at Cornell's business student. I was born and raised in Los Angeles. My passions are sports and business. I am also very interested in human behavior/psychology and history, I spend a lot of time reading about these two subjects. I am pursuing my MBA. I am very passionate about the financial service industry, but also, anything finance related. I have a breath of experience, i have work in investment banking, equity research, and operated my own consulting firm for a bit. I am a self starter, and in order to pursue my interest and advance in my career, I have actually completed many projects myself. I enjoy working in teams, which I gained from playing sports growing up. I always enjoy helping others and seeing others succeed.Project ideas
Stock Research Report
Pick a stock and write a report recommending investors to buy/sell the company. The report will include a description of the company and its business operations. It will include also a valuation, comparing it to its peers. The report will demonstrate what profitability will occur in the future and the reason behind the forecast. It will conclude by either recommending a buy or sell rating.
Management Decision Making
This project will be a retrospective on a company and the large decisions that were made by its management team. It was include a list of the large decision, the reasoning at the time of the decision and the consequences of the decision. It will include with a summary of the positive and negative of each decision and identify, if any, the illogical fallacies that management teams believed to be true.
