I am a global operations leader with over 20 years of experience turning around organizations and improving financial performance by influencing talent. I enjoy seeing the growth of people by hiring and building dynamic cross-functional teams while providing the right tools and training to ensure their success. I spent 18 years at American Express located in offices in New York, London, New Delhi, Singapore and Sydney. I have global experience in business transformation with a passion for organizational design and operational effectiveness through change management. I was born in South Carolina but grew up in Brooklyn, New York. I have a Master in Science in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I did my undergraduate work at Duke University with a concentration in International Studies. I have a passion for mentorship and providing advice for budding journeys.Project ideas

Teaching experience
I have mentored students as part of Yearup - an organization that looks to close the opportunity divide for low-income families by providing 6-months of training and then a 6-month internship at a Fortune 500 company. I took on 5 total college aged interns over the course of 3 years. As a supporter of the My Brother's Keeper initiative, I designed a curriculum akin to A Day in the Life Of.Credentials
