Practical Application: -Select a real-life scenario or organization and evaluate the leadership style of a current or past leader. Assess how their ethical standards and personal characteristics have influenced their effectiveness. -Conduct interviews or surveys with professionals or peers to gather insights on their perspectives regarding ethical leadership and the qualities they value in leaders.
