Why Campus Immersion + Research?

Campus immersion programs provide students with the opportunity to do something new, sparking new passions and providing core experiences that help students build their sense of purpose and uncover their interests.

But students need a bridge to continue that pathway they’ve uncovered, back in their everyday lives. Enter independent research – an opportunity for students to deeply explore that newfound passion with an expert mentor and create something real. A meaningful experience combined with a tangible outcome — all of a sudden the pathway forward to college and career is illuminated.

Envision and Polygence have joined together to provide this pathway-building opportunity for students. No more researching endless extracurriculars and trying to piece it all together – we provide a linked experience that builds on itself and is personalized to YOU.

Tuition and Application

To apply for Envision and Polygence’s joint Health Care and Medicine + Research or Engineering + Research program, please submit an interest form. A member of our admissions teams will be in touch to share program details and answer your questions. Tuition varies based on topic and campus selected, and ranges from $6,700 to $8,000. Flights are not included.

2025 Envision Program Dates

Healthcare and Medicine

Future doctors and healthcare enthusiasts can explore their passions through real-life medical experiences. Work with doctors, dive into interactive lessons led by experts, tour a top medical school, and put your skills to the test with hands-on clinical rotations.

Engineering

Future innovators can dive into their passions while discovering the many exciting careers in engineering. Get hands-on with cutting-edge technology, tackle real-world challenges, and design sustainable solutions to big global issues—all while experiencing life on the campus of a top engineering university.

Polygence Mentored Research Program

When you return from your Envision on-campus experience, you'll have the opportunity to get matched 1:1 with a PhD-level mentor, uniquely qualified to guide you in a personalized academic research project.

Over the course of 10, hour-long sessions with your mentor, you'll dive into the subject and research question of your choice, building academic research skills and transforming the spark of curiosity that you discovered on campus into a tangible achievement that you can share on your resume, in your college application, and with the wider community.
